Review: A Silent Death by Peter May

A Silent Death by Peter May

Publisher Description

Set in Southern Spain, A Silent Death is the scorching new thriller from worldwide bestselling author of The Lewis Trilogy, Cast Iron and I”ll Keep You Safe.

Peter May”s latest bestseller unites a strong, independent Spaniard with a socially inept Scotsman; a senseless vendetta with a sense-deprived victim, and a red-hot Costa Del Sol with an ice-cold killer.

Thrilling Reads Review

Peter May is one of my favorite authors. All his books are superb. The China Thrillers are some of my favorites.

A SILENT DEATH is a new thriller that once again proves that Peter May is one of the best writers in the genre.

I like the international settings of Peter May books. It’s fascinating to read about police procedurals set outside of the U.S. Here we get a Scottish investigator helping the Spanish police track down a deranged killer.

As usual, Peter May infuses a great thriller full of action and twists while being on a journey to exotic locations like the Spanish Riviera with his uncanny ability to write interesting characters that aren’t commonly found in other books in the genre.

I had the honor of interviewing Peter May from his home in Paris a couple years ago. A big perk of the podcast is that I get to talk to some of my favorite authors like Peter May.

It's safe to say that Alan Petersen loves mystery and thriller books. He writes high-octane thrillers, hosts the MEET THE THRILLER AUTHOR podcast, and reviews thriller/mystery books.
