Thrilling Reads Review

New York Times bestselling author Lisa Renee Jones delivers a creepy new thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

This is the first book in a new crime thriller series featuring Samantha Jazz. She used to be one of the top profilers in the Austin PD but a case went bad that nearly destroyed her.

So she’s dealing with a lot of dark secrets that come to head when she’s investigating a murder were the killer leaves a poem/puzzle for the cops in the bodies of his victims. The killer is dubbed “The Poet” and Samantha is pushed to the brink trying to solve the puzzles before the killer can strike again.

This was a suspenseful, tautly written thriller. Lisa Renee Jones has written 50 books in her amazing career, she knows how to deliver a page-turned that hits all the tropes readers of serial killer thrillers (like me) love in these type of thrillers.
